The end-customer can track the status of the order to know the precise date and time for the consignment delivery. Once their consignment is out for delivery and they receive a tracking link, they can also check the real-time status of the consignment.

Online payment request
In case, if the customer is unable to pay in cash for the CoD order, they can raise a request for the ePayment. The consignor panel will receive the request and generate an online payment link for the same.
