Soham spearheads Shipsy's growth. His leadership and obsession with customers is driving rapid adoption of our platform across geographies and industries. A firm believer in flat hierarchy, he nurtures talent to create tomorrow's leaders. He is an out-of-the-box first-principles thinker and takes great pride in being partners to our customers. Before establishing Shipsy, he worked with Deutsche Bank and founded another company called Mappr. Soham's uniqueness also lies in being a fitness enthusiast and foodie at the same time. He was a state-level lawn tennis player during childhood and follows this passion even today.

Dhruv heads Shipsy’s global operations with a strong focus on building world-class product portfolios and ensuring state-of-the art customer support and experience. Before establishing Shipsy, he worked with Deutsche Bank and has multiple publications and patents to his credit. A sports enthusiast, he can be seen playing Football, Squash, and Hockey, when not at work. Dhruv was a national level Chess player for six years.

Himanshu leads technology innovation at Shipsy. He empowers us to be on top of the latest tech trends enabling us to address evolving customer needs. He is on a mission to maximize value creation for customers using future-ready logistics tools. Before founding Shipsy, he was with Qualcomm and Samsung Research. He loves experimental cooking and is an avid lover of fiction stories and novels.

Harsh advances business-critical relations across investor and partner networks at Shipsy. He ensures stakeholder commitments are met. He has 10 years of experience as an Investment Banker, working with Bank of America, Merrill Lynch, Deutsche Bank (SG) and others. Harsh co-founded Cogoport in 2017 and has been an angel investor to 10+ early-stage ventures. He is a foodie and a fitness enthusiast.

Rajat spearheads strategic & growth initiatives for Shipsy. His key mission is to make Shipsy the pioneer in global Logistech ecosystem; whether its innovation, building the best team or partnering with the right stakeholders.
Prior to Shipsy, he was managing P&L for Automotive business & built an Agritech startup at Mahindra, also led the growth mandate for OYO across Europe.
He is a foodie & loves dancing.

Aman is on a mission is to build world-class solutions that can address multiple use cases across our customer ecosystem. He is leading by example and is a classic case of professional growth at Shipsy. He joined Shipsy as an intern and today co-leads the engineering department. He is an avid reader and loves to travel whenever he gets time.

Pushkar leads all product initiatives at Shipsy, driving business goals through a focus on product-market fit, customer-centric design, and go-to-market strategies. He plays a key role in delivering exceptional value to both businesses and end consumers and frequently partners with the Sales team to pitch products to clients. He is also an avid fan of F1 and Test cricket.

Nikhil heads finance and legal at Shipsy. He has 13 years of experience as a Chartered Accountant and possesses a hybrid experience of consulting and industry. He has previously worked with Ernst & Young and ValueFirst( A Twilio Company) and gained experience in Assurance, Due Diligence, FP&A, Budgeting, Investor relations, IndAS etc. He brings a wide perspective having worked across organizations at various stages (start-ups to multinational corporations).

Karthik has two decades of experience in building cloud applications across platforms, with an inspiring track record of delivering scalable, secure, and user-friendly solutions that solve complex business and technology problems and ultimately deliver tangible value for customers. He was the co-founder and CTO of Stockone, a leading warehouse management system provider, now a Shipsy company.

Karthik leads technology innovation for Shipsy WMS and enables us to address unique and rapidly evolving customer needs. He is extremely passionate about emerging businesses and has a keen curiosity for innovation, especially in the world of AI.

With over 15 years of experience, Prem excels in process and delivery improvement, inventory accuracy improvement and materials planning. He has spent 10+ years at Cummins adorning many roles. He managed global supplier planning for their component business, enhancing efficiency and integration.

Previously, as Project Manager for Aftermarket Integration, he oversaw supply chain operations for their Export Remanufacturing Plant, implementing Lean Principles and optimizing supply chain metrics. Prior to Shipsy, he was the head of product and delivery at Stockone, a leading warehouse management system provider, now a Shipsy company.
