With increasing order volumes, hub managers’ operational tasks have grown multi-fold. To tackle this we have added options to outsource payment settlement and reconciliation to riders to third-party payment companies. Ex: SpiceMoney. With this integration, riders will now be able to settle the COD amounts and reconciliation at these third-party hubs and all the payments collected by third-party companies can be transferred directly to you.
The rider can choose from a list of vendors (Spice Money for now and adding more) and can raise a request for settlement. Then he can visit any of the nearest outlets of the vendor and can deposit the cash against the raised request.
