Upload bids in bulk as Freight Forwarders

Freight forwarders can create a spreadsheet based on the charges that only apply to them, which removes all the redundancy from spreadsheets, providing a user-friendly experience. Earlier, FFs would have to pay close attention while filling the bids in a spreadsheet of hundreds of columns with only a few relevant to them. This update eases the task and provides a better user experience for them.

Here’s how FFs can access the feature:

• While downloading the sample file, a modal window will open where the user can select the applicable charges and render the excel
• The charges are categorized into Origin, Destination, and Freight
• Along with the above, there are some mandatory charges which are auto-selected and cannot be de-selected
• By default, our system saves the previously selected charges to provide a better, continuous, seamless user experience to FFs
