Now, users can opt for an organization (Org) – specific APIs for unique business/service offerings, such as managing org-level Supply Request API.
This API will be used to raise the supply request, which can be viewed on the UI on the organization’s Ops Dashboard. Thus, our clients can keep track of all the customers who have placed the Supply Request and the Status of all such Supply Requests.
This API helps manage the org-level supply request for items such as package types/ packaging material used by customers of our Clients (courier service providers) to pack the consignments and hand them over to our clients.
Once the Supply Request is created, its status is changed which can be seen by clicking on the 3 dots under the Actions button. If no action is taken against a Supply Request, the status should be created and can be any one of these – Delivered, Undelivered, or Partially Delivered.
