Kamal was a key member of the executive team that built and transformed the logistics giant into a global brand - Formerly listed on the NASDAQ and now the Dubai Financial Market, and recognised by Forbes as one of the ‘Top 100 Companies in the Middle East.’At Aramex he led a 5,200‐person-strong operations organisation spanning 70 countries and 600+ locations that executed 100+ million shipments per year. He collabrated with the executive team and board to develop and execute strategy that consistently delivered 2.5x 10% compound annual revenue growth. Kamal was also instrumental in growing the company’s logistics/supply chain product from start-up to $97 mn in annual revenue, and played a key role in M&A and investment activities. Currently, Kamal is a Senior Advisor to the DPD Group, the largest parcel delivery network in Europe; a position he has held since 2020. Currently sits on the baord of Tradeling.com, the leading business-to-business digital marketplace in the Middle East. He also sat on the board of British mapping service, What3words, an innovative location-based technology company that uses a grid of 57 trillion squares, each with a unique three-word name to help pinpoint addresses. Kamal is a great believer in developing the next generation of talent, and is a board member of Philadelphia Private University and the Chairman of The International Academy School – Amman.
