Added New KPIs in Dispatch Management Dashboard

To support critical business metrics, we now offer more options in our dispatch KPIs. This enables you (Ops Managers) to see the real-time KPIs for all the branches on your dashboards.

Added KPIs:

  • (Preparation to delivery less than 20 min) Percentage: This shows the percentage of orders where Reached at Hub to Reached Gate time is less than 20min; (referred as Hot & Fresh Deliveries)
  • Avg. Drive Time: This shows the average of all orders between Pickup Completed to Reached Gate
  • Available Riders: This KPI shows the number of riders available right now; for this, DT <25min is needed instead of DT <30min
  • Orders per Active Hours: This KPI shows the Total Number of Orders Delivered / (Sum of all riders logged in hours) → This can be calculated on each delivery rather than at a fixed frequency
  • Delivery percentage: This KPI shows the Number of orders Delivered / Total Orders → This can be calculated on each delivery rather than at a fixed frequency.
