Automate Multiple Currency Handling and Make Currency Conversions Faster, More Accurate, and Highly Reliable

Using the Multi-Currency handling UI, users (Organization/Client) can easily set customer currency in Customer Management Master. In addition, the “from” & “to” currencies can be fixed depending on the users’ choice and countries that consignment needs to travel.

How to Use This Feature?

Master for maintaining currency conversion factor:

• From the UI users can upload the conversion “from” to “to” currency. 
• Ipload the form which will have from currency → to currency along with the conversion factor.
• The “from” and “to” currencies will be chosen from a drop down that can be selected from the Shipsy master list.
• In the bulk upload the same can be uploaded in a CSV too (validations on the currency will be applicable for the bulk upload).

This automates multi-currency handling and makes currency conversions faster, more accurate, and highly reliable.

Customer currency field in customer management master:

• In the Setup Section > In Customer Management > when adding a new Customer, the user has the ability to maintain their currency. 
• This is considered the Customer Currency. 
• If it is not set, it will fall back to the Organization-level set Currency.

Master for maintaining destination country currency:

• The system will also maintain the destination country currency as a master.

In the address hierarchy , the level where countries are maintained, system will have an additional column for adding the destination country currency.
