We have enhanced the current generic SMS functionality to improve on triggers to send out additional messages to customers and delivery partners; this will improve the visibility of the delivery chain to every stakeholder. Different SMS templates can be added with respect to event type, receiver type and NDRs to have immense customizability  provided to you at your fingertips.

Upon creating generic SMS templates, they can be mapped to different use cases to have it automated for all the following deliveries.

Key Features:

• New Events types such as out_for_pickup and pickup_scheduled have been provided.
• The Receiver option is provided to accommodate the use case of sending SMS to origin’s phone number in the events like pickup-scheduled
• The Receiver box also has an App user phone to create notification for third-party, in case of AC installation after AC delivered to user.
• The Priority Number is provided with each SMS template to handle the use case of multiple SMS for a certain event and receiver combination.
• The option for selecting a specific customer and specific NDR is provided, for sending different SMS to different customers for different undelivered reasons respectively.
