Easier & Accurate Card Payments

We have added an option to capture transaction ID for card payments with a photo, which will prevent manual errors in typing by app user (delivery agent). Prior to this, only a text box was used to capture transaction ID for card payments.

How will this work?

• During payment via card option, the rider will provide all the transaction details along with the proof of shipment (POS) transaction image. An image box would be provided to upload the POS transaction image.
• The “Transaction ID” field will contain the transaction ID and would get displayed on the
  • CRM (Additional column).
• The “Transaction Image” field will contain the image link and would get displayed adjacent to transaction ID on the
  • CRM (Additional column).
• The “Transaction Image” column containing the image link will also be present in the rider following pages, alongside with the “Transaction ID” column.
