Improve rider allocation based on zonal mapping

Now, you will be able to auto-assign a task to a rider based on the zone to which the rider has been mapped. This will help in allocating tasks most suitable for the riders and reduce manual intervention for rider allocation.

Zonal mapping is selecting zones on the map within a city in which a rider can deliver, it will differ based on the traffic, road conditions, and other factors that can be taken into account while deciding the zones.

Key Features:

• By using the “Auto Assign” button in the Ops Dashboard → FLM → Pickups, you can auto-assign a task to a rider who is mapped to the Zone in which the CN is to be picked.
• If there are multiple riders available, then the rider with a minimum number of orders will be assigned the task.
• You can map a rider to a particular Zone by adding the zone in the app user information in the Setup Section.
• This feature already exists for Delivery Tasks and is now being replicated for Pickup tasks as well.
