Incorporate ETAs for pickup & delivery in the rider application

In this feature, riders will be able to check the pickup ETA and the delivery ETA so that they can handle the exact time by which the order needs to be picked up from the merchant and the time in which it needs to be delivered to the end-customer. With a better understanding of SLA promises, riders can manage ETA expectations in an efficient way.

How to use the feature (step-wise with screenshots):

1. Step up the configuration mentioned in the setup section.

2. Check the rider app for the following points:

a. Pickup ETA should be visible in accept/reject screen

b. Pickup ETA should be visible in accept/reject screen

c. Pickup ETA on pickup task page

d. Delivery ETA on delivery task page

3. Check the Reporting tab for the following columns:

a. Expected Pickup ETA

b. Expected Delivery ETA

Additional Details:

1. The ETA shown on the Dispatch screen will work as per the previous logic and not as per the new ETA logic

2. ETA shown in the tracking screen will work as per the previous logic and not as per the new ETA logic
