While creating trips in FM and LM modules, some of the Consignments (CNs) get dropped due to optimization constraints or other reasons. Earlier, we used to display the Dropped Consignments and the reasons for their dropping in the excel sheet.
In order to make the tracking of these Dropped CNs easier, software will now display the number of Dropped CNs and reasons for ‘dropping’ on the Front End under the Operations Dashboard.
Users want the see the trip creation summary once the trips have been created by the optimiser.
On the optimization request page (ops dashboard/FLM/optimization requests), the Optimisation summary (shown in the image) will be displayed next to the error column. Three columns will be shown under the Optimisation summary:
The Dropped Consignments can be seen by using the Show Dropped Consignments filter in the filters section (Ops Dashboard -> FLM -> Tracking -> Filters). The Dropped CNs icon is different from the Planned CNs icon to make the process more intuitive. The Clients can see the reason for CN dropping by hovering the mouse on the Dropped CNs.
