Revamped functionality for monitoring NDRs

The users can now configure different types of failure reasons for the Forward and Reverse consignments for even better control over the delivery orchestration.

We have revamped the Task Failure Reasons module in the App flow Config to enable users to configure both Delivery/Pickup reasons from the Setup section.

For Pickup tasks, different reasons can be configured based on the Consignment Type based on if its forward or reverse. As forward-type pickups are generally from the sellers and reverse pickups are from the end customers so the pickup failure reasons can be different in both use cases.

To access adding a new NDR go to FLM Module → Setup → App Flow Config → Task Failure Reason

While adding the new reason, now users can select the type of NDR or NPR relevant to the consignment.

Dialog box will have an option to choose the task type along with the delivery failure reason

Forward/reverse pickup would be identified by the Consignment Type field for a given CN and as per the same, the list of NPR reasons would be shown in the Rider App.

As per the above reasons defined for the pickup tasks, the respective list of reasons will be visible in the TMS App and Rider App.

  1. The list of reasons enabled for forward/reverse pickup will be shown respectively in both types of Pickup tasks.
  2. Any reason defined for forward pickup in the masters will not be shown in reverse pickup task and vice versa.
