Self-Sign-Up on Shipsy’s platform for Shippers & Service Providers

Extending our self-sign-up solution to service providers – Now freight forwarders and all types of service providers will be able to sign up on the platform on their own without having to talk to a customer success representative from Shipsy.

Service providers can start managing their orders within minutes with the new UX change, the whole user experience will be simpler and easily usable by employees with all levels of experience.

We want to provide a way for freight forwarders to be able to sign up to the Shipsy platform in a DIY manner. The sign-up page should ask the user, in the very first step, if they want to sign up as a shipper or a service provider and expose the relevant sign-up form based on their response. With a sign-up process in which onboarding the service provider is quick such that they are 100% ready to respond to freight inquiries, book shipments, and invoice the shippers as soon as they have access to the platform. The sign-up flow now contains only the essential fields to register an entity as a service provider on the Shipsy platform and ensure KYC compliance.
