With many organizations desiring their delivery partners to wear their uniform, we have introduced a new feature based on this demand. Now you can verify a rider’s uniform using a built-in feature in Shipsy’s rider app using the selfie camera.
Organization can have a hub level configuration to check if the riders are abiding by the Dress Code provided by the organization while delivering orders.
During Check in, the riders will be required to upload a selfie of themself in their uniform, and depending on whether it is in accordance with the dress code or not, the hub managers can approve or reject the selfie and ask for a re-upload.
The Rider will be checked-in & eligible for allocation of orders only when the Selfie gets approved. In case where the selfies are rejected multiple times (no. of tries can be chosen by you), the rider can be blocked from their Shift or for the whole day.
