Contactless delivery with POD through photo capture
If the end-customer opts for the contactless delivery, the driver or the delivery agent collects and uploads the proof of delivery by capturing the photo.

End-customer Panel
Track orders
The end-customer can track the status of the order to know the precise date and time for the consignment delivery. Once their consignment is out for delivery and they receive a tracking link, they can also check the real-time status of the consignment.
Reschedule delivery
This feature is provided to allow the end-customer to reschedule the delivery date or time if they are not available at the provided address at that moment.
Pin exact location
Contact delivery agent
For any update on the delivery, the end-customer can contact the delivery agent through the provided contact number in the tracking link.
Share delivery experience
The end-customers can share their delivery experience by using this feature. In case, if they have received an order delivery message when they have not received the same, they can raise a complaint against the delivery agent.
Online payment request
In case, if the customer is unable to pay in cash for the CoD order, they can raise a request for the ePayment. The consignor panel will receive the request and generate an online payment link for the same.
