All New Driver App with Stop Based Delivery

We have completely revamped the driver app . The enhanced version of the driver app is now available for both android and ios users. The stop based planning feature within the app enables drivers to view how many distinct address locations they  have to go to. For a given stop or address, the driver can easily view all the pick up and delivery tasks and perform scan based pickups and deliveries. For a particular address, bulk delivery and bulk pick up is also supported in the same trip.

Easy Handling of Multi piece shipments

We understand that some orders might have multiple pieces to be delivered to the same address and there arises  a need for each piece to be tracked separately to ensure visibility at the piece level.. Shipsy’s latest release supports multi piece shipment handling where the system is able to generate different references and different Labels for each piece.Multiple operations including loading , unloadign , bagging and inscanning can be performed at the piece level and status can be synchronized between master shipment and pieces. The solution also tracks if there are missing pieces during unloading or inscanning.

Hassle free SMS Management

Effective communication to customers about the delivery is an important aspect of last mile deliveries.Shipsy’s latest release allows you to easily manage SMS communication to customers without any dependency on us. The solution has a simple interface that allows you to define the stage at which the SMS needs to be triggered and the content and format of the SMS.Every time the customer needs to change the message content and the timing , they can easily do it without any development effort.

Mobile App for end to end Middle Mile Operations

Shipsy now  provides a comprehensive mobile app to manage end to end middle mile operations..Inscan shipments, weight and volume verification; integration with devices for auto-capture can be achieved with the app. The app also enables bagging and trip creation and  loading and unloading of shipments. The fully loaded mobile app for middle mile operations  enables hub managers with  a convenient and fast process in comparison to the dashboard. It can also minimize investments required in setting up laptops or computers at the hubs to manage middle mile operations.

Dashboard for the Call Center Team

In our efforts to improve consignee experience, we have developed a dashboard specifically for the call center team where orders can be assigned to specific call center  team members.The call center team member can first call the consignee , check for his/her availability and then schedule the delivery. The dashboard shows the  total orders assigned to team members along with the call details including total calls made , calls made by each team member, pending calls and the actions that needs to be taken.
